Yoga at LITF with Taylor & Co

January 17th from 9:30-10:30am | $22 per person

Combine the power of plants with mindful movement! This in-house yoga session is taught by Taylor from Taylor & Co, and will guide participants through a dynamic, breath-centered vinyasa flow designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and quiet the mind. Move through a creative sequence of postures linked by intentional breath, leaving you feeling grounded, energized, and at ease. Afterwards, Taylor & Co will have skin care and self care products available at their popup in LITF!

Plant Care 101 Class

January 31st at 12pm | $35 per person

Ready to bring your plant-parenting skills to the next level? Or just need a refresh on the basics? In this class, we'll cover choosing the right plants for your space, understanding water and light requirements, and more! After a hands-on repotting session, everyone will be given a new plant and pot to bring home and love! Also enjoy a 10% discount to be used in-store that day only.

Watercolor Floral Painting Class

LITF will be hosting the studio Wild Botanical Atelier for an artist-led watercolor paint workshop! Learn step-by-step how to bring nature to life with delicate details and elegant florals. Perfect for displaying in your home! This workshop is perfect to attend to improve your own artistic skills, or with a group to make memories along with your art!

Minneapolis Home & Garden Show

We’re excited to return to the Minneapolis Home + Garden Show for our third year. This year, you’ll find us at the main entrance, where we’re debuting a brand new living plant archway designed to welcome guests into the show. Stop by to experience it in person and see what we’ve been growing.

Candle Making Class

March 14th at 12:00 pm | $37 per person

Candle Making with Taylor & Co.

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on candle making class led by Taylor & Co. In this guided workshop, you’ll learn the basics of candle making, explore fragrance options, and create your own custom candle to take home. No prior experience is needed. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished candle and the confidence to make more on your own.

Create Your Signature Scent

March 21st at 12:00pm | $35 per person

Join us for a relaxed, sensory-forward Saturday, where plants, people, and good vibes collide.

During this guided Scent Bar experience, you’ll:

  • Explore a curated selection of fragrance notes
  • Learn how to layer and balance scents that actually smell like you
  • Create a custom roll-on fragrance to take home

This is not a stuffy workshop. It’s casual, creative, and designed for anyone who’s ever said, “I want a signature scent, but not one everyone else is wearing.”

Macrame Plant Hanger Class

This class is led by All Knotted Up, and participants will learn to create a classic macrame plant hanger! At the end of the class, you will have the confidence and know-how to dive into this versatile and useful art form.

Kokedama Workshop

April 18th at 12:00 pm | $35 per person

Kokedama is the Japanese art of growing plants in a moss-covered ball of soil wrapped with string.

Come to our workshop to make your own to bring home! All supplies are included, and you will receive tips and tricks to care for your work of art once you bring it home.

Learn Feng Shui-based placement, plant symbolism, and intuitive guidance for selecting plants that support healing, abundance, and vitality. Cookie Decorating Workshop

Sunday, May 2nd, at 12:00 pm | $37 per person

This hands-on workshop is led by Sugar School & Co. and is perfect for all skill levels. During the class, you’ll decorate four garden-themed sugar cookies while learning expert techniques for working with icing, color, and design. You’ll be guided step by step, with plenty of tips and encouragement along the way.

All supplies are provided, and you’ll leave with four beautifully decorated cookies that make a truly “sweet” gift or a fun treat to enjoy yourself. No prior experience is needed, just come ready to create and have fun.

Staghorn Fern Mounting Workshop

May 9th at 12:00 pm

Mounting a staghorn fern to a wooden plank is a classic way to display this gorgeous plant, and acts as a living piece of art for your home! This class will provide you with hands-on experience with the tools, materials, and process involved in mounting and caring for a staghorn fern. Besides leaving the class with your newly mounted plant, class participants will receive 10% in-store shopping that day only.
